I advise teams and organisations on how to navigate the challenges of the world of today.
The world is throwing all kinds of challenges at us. Be more productive! Innovate! Disrupt! Be more open! Now work from home! Be flexible! Take a stand! It can be quite a lot to navigate. Sometimes you need an outside perspective to find your right direction.
In advising I combine the insights I work with as a speaker with the skills I have developed through coaching. I help organisations make better decisions that fit our times.

A deeper understanding of the other.
intergenerational collaboration
woke in action
intercultural collaboration
Many want to foster collaboration within and outside of their organisation. And many are committed to enforcing diversity and inclusion. This means that we’ll all have to be okay with working among many different perspectives, attitudes and opinions. A deeper understanding of the world we live in and your place in it, will inevitably lead to more room to invite the other.
Let’s make sure polarisation and stigmatisation won’t stand in the way of progress. Let’s listen to and learn from each other. There is room for everyone.
Creating more self-awareness.

The secret to successfully tackling any challenge is knowing where you stand, as an individual, team or organisation. Knowing your intentions, your talents and short-comings. As individuals we are making huge progress in promoting and creating more self-awareness. But the larger the organisation or, the more bureaucratic the institution, the more difficult creating strong self-awareness throughout the organisation seems to get.
Strong self-awareness comes from within and does justice to what already is. Too often self-awareness is seen as a manifestation of what one would like to be with too little regard of what one actually is. A big challenge is to balance who we would like to be with who we already are.
Balancing different values at work.
change and innovation
young and new leadership
teamwork
New values have entered our workspace. In many organisations we want to be flexible, transparent, authentic and vulnerable. But we also don’t want to loose older values like stability, certainty and order. It can be quite challenging to balance the old with the new.
The key here is to know what value is needed when. And to prepare yourself so that you are able to adapt your actions to what the challenge ahead calls for. The goal is to make teams and organisations proficient in choosing which value should lead in what situation and to act accordingly.
